Six week wait for recycling collections in Havant

Residents in some parts of Hampshire have waited up to six weeks to have their recycling bins emptied.Havant Borough Council cited bad weather as the reason for recycling collections being initially halted. However some people are still waiting to have their recyclables collected despite the better weather.
