Recycling success for Hull

An overhaul of its recycling collection system is being hailed as a phenomenal success by Hull City Council as its recycling rate has almost doubled compared to last year.In February 2009, the amount of household waste being recycled was 24%, but figures for February 2010 reveal this has risen to 46%.
