CHP facility could secure energy supply
A proposed new combined heat and power (CHP) facility is being hailed as an example of how the UK can secure its energy supply. INEOS ChlorVinyls (ICV) has announced its intention to invest in the Cheshire plant, using the latest Energy from Waste (EfW) technology to burn solid recovered fuel derived from domestic refuse.
