Pledge 'one more thing' today

If every household in England recycled ‘one more thing’, the total amount collected for recycling could increase by more than three-quarters of a million tonnes.

Now we are asking you to add your pledge to the campaign. Typical pledges include:

  • Start a compost heap
  • Recycle your batteries
  • Take home your recyclables when out and about instead of using litter bins

But you might want to do something in your workplace or professional capacity, whether it is something relating to your business or an activity such making it easier for employees to recycle batteries or light bulbs.

We will be sharing all the pledges we receive. Visit MRW.co.uk/ZeroWasteWeek for the latest actions - and there will be an update in our next issue, the RWM with CIWM show edition, which is published during National Zero Waste Week.
