    This tax will have a massive knock on to the price or rubbish disposal.. yes there appears to be a loophole, but this has kept the cost down and encouraged people to recycle... If the government want to stuff up the economy, then it is choosing the best way to do it.... tax tax tax and more tax.. this will increase tipping prices way beyond inflation, it will cause job losses directly and indirectly..and it will only encourage people to bend the rules in other ways that will be more detrimental to the environment..... Good luck to the protesters I say, and up yours David Camron. We the general public are working hard to do an honest days work, rather than some of these high profile MP that seem to think it is ok to have "warm" relationships with the press and MR Murdock, if it suits them and their Party
