Ash waste services introduce the penguin truck

A local waste management and recycling company Ash waste services is expanding its recycling services throughout Chester, North Wales and the Wirral. From March 1 2008 Ash waste services will provide wheelie bins for the collection of cardboard and plastics and a new DAF recycling vehicle to collect the waste.

Company director Zoë Hassall said: We recognise the need and desire of businesses to recycle more, after listening to our customers needs and requirements we felt it was important to add this dedicated service.

Ash waste services is the sister company to Welsh-based Alan Skip Hire. Both businesses are handling in excess of 250,000 tonnes per annum of industrial and commercial waste and recycling more than 70% of all waste they collect.
