Commercial compost users are invited to a half-day Compost in Action Seminar on May 16, to gain a greater understanding of the benefits of compost and how it is made.
Tying in with Compost Awareness Week that runs from May 7-13, the event will start with a tour of the Woodhorn Group production site to see the composting process, and then move to the Avisford Golf Course to see the practical benefits of compost use.
The free event, including lunch, will run from 9.30am – 1.30pm and include presentations and professionals on hand for guidance.
