The contract(s) will deal with approximately 89 000 tonnes of contract waste per annum.

Contract: Environment Agency: National Contaminated Land Consultancy Framework.

Deadline:  9.8.2012

Description: This framework is for the provision of consultancy services associated with contaminated land investigation, remedial appraisal, design and validation, and related activities commonly commissioned by regulatory bodies.

Contract: Thames Water Utilities Limited: waste and proactive network services.

Description: Award of agreements to cover four different lots of services as follows:

Lot 1: Intersite tankering of sludge in the Thames Water sewerage service area between Thames Water Utilities Ltd (TWUL) small sewage treatment works (collection sites) and large reception sites according to TWUL’s production plan.

Lot 2: cleaning of sewage treatment works assets operated by TWUL and located at more than 300 sites in the Thames Water sewerage area.

Lot 3: cleaning of sewage pumping stations operated by TWUL, including especially the pumping station wet wells.
