Contract:Norfolk County Council. Transport and Treatment/Disposal of Landfill Leachate.
Description: This service is to manage and co-ordinate the transport and treatment/disposal of landfill leachate produced from selected Norfolk County Council’s landfill sites. The County Council has a duty as the operator of six permitted closed Landfill sites in Norfolk (which may increase to seven permitted closed sites towards the end of 2013) to control Landfill Leachate under the Environmental Permitting Regulations 2010.
