Description: Receipt, transfer, processing/brokerage to end markets of wheeled bin and kerbside collected commingled dry recyclables. Including but not exclusive to materials such as cans, paper, foil, cardboard, plastic bottles, rigid plastic packaging and waxed coated beverage cartons. The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are a small or medium enterpirses (SMEs).

Contract: Merseyside Waste Disposal Authority. Interim waste treatment framework.

Contract:Norfolk County Council. Transport and Treatment/Disposal of Landfill Leachate.

Description: This service is to manage and co-ordinate the transport and treatment/disposal of landfill leachate produced from selected Norfolk County Council’s landfill sites. The County Council has a duty as the operator of six permitted closed Landfill sites in Norfolk (which may increase to seven permitted closed sites towards the end of 2013) to control Landfill Leachate under the Environmental Permitting Regulations 2010.
