Contract: The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council: waste and rubbish containers and bins.

Description: A framework agreement. Lot 1: skip hire services to include delivery, collection and final waste disposal. Lot 2: skip transportation services of council owned skips/containers to include collection, transportation, delivery and on occasion final waste disposal.

Value:  £300,000

Contract: Keele University: refuse and waste related services.

Description: Collection and treatment or disposal from over 50 collection points across the campus of dry mixed recyclables, source-segregated food waste and mixed residual waste; the provision of skips, their collection and the treatment or disposal of construction waste, green waste and segregated cardboard placed in the skips; and the collection and secure destruction of confidential paper waste from a single central collection point.

Contract: Peterborough City Council: bulking, transportation, sorting and onward sale for reprocessing of recyclable materials.

Description: Waste collection, waste disposal and recycling, contract management, sustainability, waste strategy compilation; quality control processes, monitoring and reporting performance.

Contract: New College Nottingham: refuse and waste related services.

Description: 18 month contract for sewage and refuse disposal services

Contract: West London Waste Authority: non-hazardous refuse and waste treatment and disposal services.

Description: Provision of a residual waste treatment solution to maximise diversion of residual waste from active landfill and to maximise recovery of value from the residual waste.

Awarded to: Sita West London Limited

Value: £1.4bn



Contract: Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation: non-domestic community waste and recycling collection and disposal services.

Description: a framework agreement. Lot 1: general waste service. Lot 2: source-separated recycling services. Lot 3: commingled recycling services. Lot 4: food waste services. Lot 5: library book recycling services.

Awarded to: between AmeyCespa (East), G O’Brien & Sons (NDC), PHS Group,  Shred Station, Sita UK,  Veolia Environmental Services (UK), Watercycle.

Value: £6m - £10m



Contract: North Ayrshire Council: recovery, reuse and recycling of household bulky waste.

Description: Lot 1: provision of a facility for the receipt and processing of bulky household materials. Lot 2: provision of a repair and refurbishment workshop and a High Street “Revolve” accredited Reuse shop.
