ERG buys two hazardous waste management firms

Hazardous waste management company Environmental Resource Group has acquired two firms in Hampshire.

ERG bought Hazchem Waste Disposal and the Lamp Recycling Company, both based near Alton, for undisclosed sums.

It will also enable the company to provide more integrated services, according to chief executive Aron James.

“The hazardous waste market is very fragmented with lots of players,” he said. “It was my mission to create a new and unique business that was wholly client centric.”
