Free papers take back waste in unique recycling deal

Recycling bins dedicated to capturing Londons discarded free newspapers have been unveiled in the capital.A unique deal struck between Westminster City Council and the publishers of freesheets London Lite and The London Paper has resulted in 70 newspaper-only recycling bins placed at 56 sites across the West End. Both publishers, Associated Newspapers and NI Free Newspapers, have paid for the bins and will be responsible for emptying and recycling their contents.
