The grand opening of the first Oxfam boutique went down a storm last week. The new boutique which opened in Westbourne Grove, London, stocks an array of one-off pieces including newly produced, remade and donated fashions.
Public Relations manager Rob McNeil said: We took as much in a day as we expected to make in one of our high street stores in a week. There were queues to get in and to get out.
The general goal of the boutique is to make enough money to tackle poverty around the world.
