Manchester's 'world class' facility gets planning approval

Planning approval has been granted for Greater Manchester Waste Disposal Authoritys (GMWDA) world class Rochdale waste facility. The approval is one of 23 being sought by Viridor and Laing, GMWDAs preferred bidder for its long-term waste management contract.
