Merger creates infrastructure consultancy

A communications firm focusing on infrastructure projects, including the energy and resources sector, has been created following the merger of two specialised consultancies.

3G Communications and Sauce Consultancy have merged to form Copper Consultancy, which will provide communications for companies developing projects across energy, resources, transport, water and the built environment sectors.

Copper Consultancy provides services for companies including Urbaser, Balfour Beatty and FCC, and will also be involved in streamlining consultation on the Government’s National Infrastructure Plan.

Executive director John Twitchen added: “There is a pressing need for nationally and regionally co-ordinated communications to manage and meet the public’s expectations of new infrastructure and regeneration”.

  • Twitchen has an article in the 18 May issue of MRW on banning products from landfill
