New appointment for WEE firm

WEEE recycling company Sunersol has announced the appointment of a new operations manager.

Simon Boyd, formerly of EnvironCom and Viridor, will take on the role at the Heckmondwike and Mirfield, West Yorkshire firm. Sunersol will open a new 35,00 sq ft warehouse for its reuse operation in the next few months.

Boyd said he has been impressed by Sunersol’s vision and he is looking forward to joining the team.

Managing director Craig Thompson said: “Sunersol is a growing business and attracting someone with the experience and pedigree that Simon has is testament to the company’s hard work and ambitions within its first 12 Months of trading.

“Having Simon on board is a fantastic opportunity for Sunersol to continue to grow and develop further.”
