Palm Recycling launches 124,000 household collection round in Sefton

Recycling collection services will be provided to 124,000 Sefton council from Ellesmere Port-based Palm Recycling.

The five year contract commencing on 1 August 2011 will see Palm Recycling provide a weekly collection of recyclable materials, including doorstep food waste collections as well as a bring-site service to meet Sefton Council’s recycling targets.

Palm Recycling business manager Stephen Drane said: “We are delighted to have been awarded this contract; it is a praise for the service we are presently delivering for the area as well as presenting a number of exciting opportunities in the future.”
