A retail giant has launched a brand called Greener Living that will include products made from recycled materials. Tesco has launched this new environmental brand in a bid to make greener living easier for its customers. It has also initiated a website to go with the brand which will give practical tips on recycling from celebrities such as Dick Strawbridge. Green category director Andrew Brocklehurst said: Customers tell us they want to shop greener but they do not always find it easy to know which choices are better for the environment. Through the Greener Living brand and website, we can give more environmentally-friendly products and clearer information. One of the products included in the first Greener Living products will be bin liners made from recycled plastic. BBC presenter of TV programme Its not easy being green Dick Strawbridge said: Tescos new Greener Living website is set to be a really useful and practical resource for anyone hoping to make their lives more eco-friendly. Customers can find a whole raft of ideas, suggestions, tips and inspiration for going greener in all aspects of their lifestyle, all in one place. And by starting small, every little step helps our lives become more sustainable.
