Leading UK recycling container firm Straight has secured a position on a four-year framework agreement with YPO, a public sector buying organisation.
The agreement makes Straight’s Steelybin range available to YPO’s customers including schools, local authorities and universities.
The framework is estimated to be worth £8m between the two contractors selected. It is intended to save costs for the public sector.
Jonathan Straight, chief executive at Straight said: “The fact that the quality and supply chain evaluations have passed YPO’s exacting standards is a testimony to the focused investment we have made in this area.”
Helen Wardman, category manager at YPO, said Straight’s product range had exceeded their quality expectations.
