VIDEO REPORT: Ben Bradshaw and Recycler the Rapping Robot

Children at St Leonards Primary School in Streatham, London have been treated to a performance by Recycler the rapping robot.

Environment Minister Ben Bradshaw launched the 2007 tour of Recycler at the school and enjoyed the rap songs that encouraged the children to reduce, reuse and recycle.

He said: These school children will be affected by climate change as they grow older and it is important that they understand the impact todays actions can have on tomorrows environment.

This is a serious message, but Recycler is a great way of communicating the importance of the three Rs in a fun and engaging way, with simple messages that the children can also take home and share with their friends and family.

The tour has been organised by Recycle Now and Waste Watch.
