Introducing the Angry Bear Combo 6

What is your product?

The Angry Bear Combo 6 machine is, as the name suggests, a combination unit. It combines a concrete/rock jaw crusher, a shredder that will take materials like plasterboard, slates, sterling board and plastics and an auxiliary hydraulic output that you can attach and power tools like breakers, disc cutters and more.

How does it work?

The jaw crusher will reduce waste concrete/rock/tiles/bricks down to a more useful size of between 80-12mm, this output is hydraulically adjusted by a simple lever movement. The shredder will reduce plasterboard/slates/sterling board/plastics down to a size that can be used in numerous applications.

Where would it ideally be used?

The aim of this machine is for it to be on site, recycling your waste as you create it, whether that is a building site, an area to be landscaped, or a yard with waste materials. We made this machine compact enough to be able to access the most restricted of sites and that may have limited access.

How is it different?

Our Combo 6 is unique. For a start no machine on the market offers you a crusher, shredder and hydraulic powerpack in one unit, especially at this compact size. Secondly, we have kept things simple so maintenance is easy: fewer covers and moving parts. Finally, we have kept the cost of the machine right down.

What benefits does it offer?

Cost and time reduction. Waste can be reduced on site to be reused on site. No need to move the waste to the site entrance for paid removal, then pay to order in a reduced material for your specified use. Alternatively, your processed material can be sold on, not only reducing cost but creating earning potential.

Where has it been used?

It has been extensively used on our testing ground with a long list of different materials.

Our towable machine is £14,700 and our tracked is £16,950 making it not only the most versatile compact recycling machine but also one of the most cost effective.

What about maintenance?

We offer a maintenance contract with each machine, and an online fault finding questionnaire, plus a maintenance guideline sheet. We will have mobile engineers on the road for emergency breakdowns as soon as the production models hit the road.

What is its lifespan?

We offer two years warranty on all our equipment and expect it to last for five to 10 years of hard work in the hire industry.

How is it future-proofed?

The machine is so versatile the applications are endless and attachments can be added to adjust it to future needs.

Any future applications?

We do plan to produce a larger machine and other machines soon. We are soon to launch a separate crusher, screener, shredder and more.

How many have you sold, and where?

We have only just launched the product at the Plantworx exhibition and gone into production. The response from Plantworx was huge with contractors, landscapers, plant hire, aggregate suppliers and many others interested in purchase.

Anything else?

We will be launching these overseas to USA, Europe, and the Far East.
