What is your technology?
Isys Interactive Systems specialise in waste management and recycling software. Our software helps minimise clients’ time spent on system issues and helps them focus on their customers’ requirements, through utilising our logistics and scheduling applications. All applications are developed through Microsoft tools and protocols.
How does it work?
The software we provide is extremely simple to use and is installed onto either local client or hosted servers. This can be single or multi-site based.
Where would it ideally be used?
Isys software can be used in any part of the recycling or waste management head office or site and also collates all the information to one database or several database structures for ease of access.
How is it different?
Isys software is unique in many ways and was created by our own software development team, so all development is localised. It offers complete integration with accounting systems and various on-board weighing systems as well as more specialised automated and ANPR recognition applications.
What benefits does it offer?
Our software enables clients to handle their daily and weekly workload in a controlled manner enabling all senior management and operational staff straightforward tools to manage the job process.
Where has it been used?
We install our applications throughout the UK/Ireland and have over 300+ customer sites. The companies and organisations that use our software range from public sector councils/unitary authorities, commercial and Industrial clients in a range of operations from any recyclable operation to transfer stations/landfills/waste-to-energy and anaerobic digestion plants.
The cost of each supply and setup varies to suit each individual need and Isys provide a mixture of cost benefits depending on the applications or hardware purchased. Isys provide many leasing options which provide beneficial cost reductions over the entire project.
Using Isys software saves both time and money. For example the software combines all the information for Environment Agency returns, which has saved some companies over four to five days of manual paperwork exercises.
What about maintenance?
We supply 12 months software maintenance agreements at purchase and also cover any hardware maintenance related contract services. Our services are backed up by remote working from our head office in Derby and on site client visits. The software is maintained and upgraded each year.
How is it future-proofed?
Our software development team are continuously updating our software applications and we are committed to ensuring Government legislation is covered for our users.
Any future applications?
Isys has a development roadmap across its range of applications. The applications are being addressed in other market areas that are emerging within the waste, recycling, and energy from waste arena.
