Baler’s press force increased to 60 tonnes

Presona LP60 EH 2000

Presona has introduced an energy-efficient baler, the LP60 EH, the latest in its LP series. It builds on the same principles and design as the LP60VH, 85VH and 110CH models.

The latest model has a 37kW or 45kW motor and can deliver an average throughput of up to 12 tonnes/hr of cardboard. With an increased press force of 60 tonnes, bale weights are increased and handling and transport costs reduced.

Compared with the LP50EH, it offers increased materials handling capacity, and is available with replaceable Hardox wear plates for difficult and abrasive materials.

It is fully customisable with a range of bespoke options. It uses Presona’s prepress technology, which delivers a significant reduction in energy costs because all the power goes into the compaction process.

Suitable for rugged applications with high throughput rates, the baler will accept and process most materials, from paper and PET bottles to household and industrial waste. It is typically fed by means of a conveyor system.
