Balers support wide range of applications

Jarshire has added a vertical baler range to its portfolio. Made in the US by Baler and Compaction Equipment, the equipment will process paper, plastic and non-ferrous metals.

The range is designed to fit comfortably into tight spaces, up to one with a 1,020mm deep chamber that is 33% larger than traditional depths.

Nick Jobson, director of the waste and recycling division, said: “Given the wide choice of models, applications are wide-reaching including retail outlets, warehouses and distribution centres, hospitals, schools and universities, and waste recyclers.”

The balers deliver the heaviest possible bales while providing optimal levels of safety as well as low maintenance costs. A feature of the range is IntelliBale, a patent-pending system that indicates the number of bales produced, their exact weights, notifies recyclers when they are ready for collection and advise when maintenance is required.

In addition to standard models, customised designs and remanufactured equipment are also available, all backed by a team of service engineers and a large UK stock-holding of spares.
