A mobile workforce management solution from Frontline Consultancy has proved a success for the Blue Group, which has seen administration time fall for its field service engineers and back office staff. The system has replaced paper, outlook calendar and an invoicing system.

The software provides engineer alerts, on-site paperwork completion and head office updates all in one application.
It also removes some tasks that were traditionally done by data entry teams, who have since been redeployed.
