Specialist vehicle graphics company Spedian, which produces a reusable graphics system, is offering local authorities a no-obligation graphics survey service to ensure that their graphics are fit for purpose and safe.
With graphics being increasingly used by councils on the side of refuse and recycling vehicles as a key messaging tool, it is essential that they are of a sustainable quality and remain intact despite the daily rigours of the job.
Lawrence Craig, Spedian chief executive, said: “All too often I see what could be great graphics, but they are dirty, peeling off and therefore give totally the wrong message. If local authorities are going to make the investment in these communication tools, then it is vital they select a product which is fit for purpose and will be robust enough to last the lifetime of the vehicle.
“Further, it is vital that they stay intact and firmly attached to the vehicle.”
Spedian is the world’s only reusable vehicle graphic system with no visible frame, and it holds patents in both the UK and US.
