Compact telehandler suits tough terrain

Bobcat is targeting heavy lift handling with a new compact telehandler, the TL43.80HF, bringing the number of rigid frame models to 15.

With a lift capacity of 4.3 tonnes and a maximum lift height of almost 8m, the TL43.80HF offers robustness and rough terrain ability.

With a short turning radius of 3.7m, the telehandler is useful for working in confined environments.

Its high stability is due to the box-welded frame, a low load centre, long wheel base and a massive rear counterweight. This has allowed Bobcat to minimise the machine’s overall dimensions to a width of 2.3m and a length of less than 5m.

The rough terrain capability has been optimised for applications such as working and digging in piles of materials with the incorporation of heavy-duty Dana Spicer axles, with limited slip differential and a tractive force of up to 90% of the machine’s weight.

All Bobcat telehandlers are covered by a three-year/3,000-hour warranty as standard, with the option to extend.
