Flexible shredder for different waste streams

Untha UK is set to unveil its new high throughput packaging, pallet and plastics shredder, the QR series, at the PPMA Show this month.

Capable of handling everything from wooden pallets to production waste, as well as plastic lump, drums, film and mixed rigids, the QR has been developed in conjunction with recyclers worldwide.

It is designed to be a flexible piece of equipment that can be reconfigured to tackle different waste streams. Its low-maintenance pusher technology delivers maximum yield and uptime.

It includes a touchscreen control panel with remote diagnostics along with foreign object protection for safe and easy removal of foreign material. Companies can trial the machine using their own materials when it heads back to Untha’s test centre after the show.
