Gas monitor comes to UK

Environmental monitoring specialist Enitial has formed a partnership with Irish company AmbiSense to supply its gas monitoring system to the UK market.

Ivor Parry, business development director at Enitial, said: “The solar powered, continuous gas monitoring system is suitable for permanent deployment at any location. It is designed to analyse gas and air quality levels across a range of markets.”

Users can build large datasets quickly and cost-effectively for customer applications including landfill and biogas; contaminated land; anaerobic digestion; shale gas; oil and coal seam methane mining; and indoor and outdoor air quality.

AmbiSense requires no operator involvement and provides realtime data, integrated with Google Maps. It is mobile, tablet and PCready and the software interface means users can login anywhere.
