Improved tacho analysis

TruTac has redesigned its tachograph analysis product and is relaunching it as TruAnalysis, designed to analyse digital tachograph data instantly, with dashboards, key performance indicators and automated summary reports.

All strategic data is presented in an easy-to-assimilate format and can be exported to a variety of formats.

Critical decisions can be confidently made, based on live data of driver and vehicle availability. Ongoing adjustments throughout the working day can be made based on operational performance data that is real-time for drivers, fleet performance and regulatory compliance.

The latest feature is TruDocument for online management and storage. It allows transport managers to scan in and capture documents relating to the driver’s working day. These may include digital tachograph printouts with hand written notes, driver debrief forms or other paper items, saving into one secure digital portal.

At the touch of a button, managers can quickly add to and reference notes, till rolls, driver ID, vehicle registration and attach documents where needed. Data retrieval and debriefing verification is instant and removes the worry of lost files and missing paperwork.

This module is available to all customers by clicking on the TruDocument icon within the online portal.
