Hiab, part of Cargotec, has received an order worth nearly €1m (£850,000) for 14 loader cranes from French logistics and rental company Guisnel for delivery this month. Guisnel specialises in rental truck services and is also a major player in the French distribution market.
This latest order comprises Hiab’s renewed mid-range vehicles: seven X-HiPro 232 loader cranes (pictured) and five X-HiPro 192s, as well as two smaller cranes, HiDuo 138 and HiDuo 188.
The new cranes are up to 300kg lighter than Hiab’s previous ones, which means an equal amount of extra payload for the customer.
A common feature for all new models is easy and safe mounting on the chassis, and all are available with a full selection of Hiab manual or remote control systems.
The company offers its loader cranes a five-year warranty on structural components as well as
a general warranty of two years. The extended warranty covers all loader crane models delivered since 1 October 2016.
