Mesh remains unblocked

Terex Finnlay 693+ spaleck supertrak

Norman Watson Haulage & Plant Hire has doubled the amount of incinerator bottom ash it processes at its facility in Haverton Hill, Middlesbrough.

With a Terex Finlay 693+ Spaleck Supertrak on hire, supplied by Finlay Plant Northern, the company is working at full capacity, with no downtime.

Norman Watson, managing director, said: “Ash is a hard-toprocess material and the meshes on the previous screener had to be pressure washed six times a day to clear them.

“The Spaleck Supertrak was delivered six weeks ago and has never been blocked up yet.”

The plant features a double deck 20ft x 5ft Spaleck screen box, and incorporates a twin undercarriage for maximum on-site mobility by a hand-held remote control.
