REMU Combi E8, available from Worsley Plant, is a non-clogging screening plant for preparing topsoil and processing waste materials, designed to operate whatever the weather.
The latest model increases screening capacity by a wider 950mm screening table and a 3m3 feeder unit. The function of the screening plant is based on rotating blades made from wear-resistant steel. Depending on the configuration of the screening element, the blade spacing can be 15-100mm.
The grain size of screened material is approximately 8mm smaller than the blade spacing. Screened fines will continue to the fine material conveyor while overs will be conveyed to the side of the plant. Improved screening capacity and easier operation provides more capacity at a lower cost.
A powerful 82HP (61kW) CAT C4.4 engine is at the heart of the Combi E8, while a large engine bay and double doors give easy access to service points.
Both conveyors can be folded up for easy transportation. The Combi can be driven by a remote controller, and equipped with an optional feeder system for fertilisers or stabilisers such as lime.
Functions are customised according to the customer requirements.
