Self-service data portal

Waste management business Grundon has signed an agreement for around £1m with Prodware to put in place specialist waste and recycling solution Enwis, an Enterprise Resource Planning software package that is based on Microsoft Dynamics.

Grundon wanted a software solution that would integrate and streamline its business while, at the same time, provide its customers and suppliers with self-service portals.

Clayton Sullivan-Webb, managing director at Grundon, said: “We have listened to our customers’ needs and believe the investment in Prodware will provide bespoke and accurate information and reporting, which will also allow customers to self-service for the first time.

“This enhanced service is not only important to our customers today, but will provide them with a value added waste management service for many years to come.”
