Modern communications for modern waste infrastructure

Selling developments in waste sector infrastructure is almost always a challenge for local authorities and their contractors. The reputation of 20th Century incinerators, for example, clouds (metaphorically and almost literally) the debate around new schemes.

The North London Waste Authority (NLWA) appointed the Copper consultancy to deliver consultation and communications in the pre-application stage for its North London Heat and Power Project (NLHPP).

The emphasis was on using 21st Century media methods to get the message across.
