Waste firms hit back at manufacturers over legislation

The EEF Report is more forward looking than the ESA's response seems to be. We have to think about a circular economy and the legislation which will support that. If the EEF members can play their part by crystallising demand for secondary materials, issues of council tax subsidy will fade away as the material value pays for the use of the facility.
