Wales looks to bigger 'green' economy

Comment

"Green growth" is an oxymoron. "Green growth" is impossible in world of finite resources. What is needed is a steady state economy in which resources are consumed no faster than they can be naturally replenished, and wastes are produced no faster than can be naturally assimilated.
