Smaller buckets for midi-diggers

What is your product?

The two smallest buckets of the MB range, the MB-S10 screening bucket and the MB-C50 crusher bucket, available from Worsley Plant.

How do they work?

The excavator buckets are hydraulically driven, and only one excavator is needed to demolish, crush, recycle and load material. Small, compact and light, the two buckets are suitable for midi-diggers from four to eight tonnes and are ideal for use on small sites.

Where would it ideally be used?

They are effective tools for the recycling, waste management and construction industries to crush, screen and separate inert materials for reuse.

How is it different?

These are the smallest crushing and screening buckets in the MB range. MB owns the patent for double jaw movement, which ensures all its buckets have high productivity and financial return on-site.

What benefits does it offer?

Enhanced operator safety, reduced transport costs, quick installation and lowest cost per tonne processing.

Where has it been used?

The products are being launched and demonstrated for the first time in the UK at Plantworx at Stoneleigh Park, Coventry on 14-16 May. They are ideal for compact sites with limited working area.

Any savings?

Crusher and screening buckets can provide a significant financial saving both in terms of elimination of costs for landfill and costs to outsource fill material and aggregate. The reduction of road haulage in both directions and reduced burden on landfill speaks for itself in terms of a company’s carbon footprint.

What about maintenance?

They need simply to be greased daily. Worsley Plant offers nationwide support with a next-day parts service.

What is its life span?

If maintained well, buckets can be used for 10-15 years.

How is it future-proofed?

They are ideal to meet the continuous need to reduce transport costs and recycle more materials on-site. Both products demonstrate the commitment of MB to be innovative, creating more cutting-edge work tools which are adaptable for a wide range of uses. MB continues to invest in research and development, focusing on the specialisation of top-performing products.
