Jaw crusher features telematic monitoring

In a move to meet increasing demand, Cheshire Demolition, headquartered in Macclesfield, has taken delivery of a Terex Finlay J-1170 jaw crusher which features the latest in telematic monitoring.

The jaw crusher from Finlay Central joins a fleet of machines at the company, including an 883 screener and a J-1160.

Cheshire Demolition specified the T-Link telematic system so the plant can be monitored remotely from anywhere in the world. Operators can review performance in areas including fuel consumption, belt speed and tonnage for optimum performance.

A compact and aggressive tracked jaw crusher, the J-1170 features a heavy-duty variable speed VGF and integrated pre-screen. It has an hydrostatically driven jaw chamber enabling operators to achieve high capacity with large reduction ratios.
